Ingredients:
4 ounce, Chicken tight
1 tbsp(s), Ghee
2 clove, Garlic
1 cup, Cauliflower (riced)
Slice of lime and some fresh cilantro
Indian spice mix
Needed:
Instructions
Heat ghee in a frying pan, add spices, salt, and garlic.
Fry chicken tights until they are slightly brown.
Reduce the heat and cook until tender (~7 min).
Add cauliflower, cover with the lid and let cook until cauliflower is of desired consistency.
Serve with some lime and fresh cilantro.
