Instructions

  • Heat ghee in a frying pan, add spices, salt, and garlic.
  • Fry chicken tights until they are slightly brown.
  • Reduce the heat and cook until tender (~7 min).
  • Add cauliflower, cover with the lid and let cook until cauliflower is of desired consistency.
  • Serve with some lime and fresh cilantro.
