Ingredients:
8 Oz of Chicken Filet
6 Oz of Mozzarella Cheese
3 Tbsp of EV Olive Oil
6 Oz of Heirloom Tomatoes
3 Oz of Olives
1 Oz of Arugula
2 Tbsp of Balsamic Vinegar
Salt
Black Pepper
Fresh Basil
Needed:
Instructions
Preheat a skillet to a medium high.
Slice Chicken into equal stripes, season with salt and sear both sides with 1 Tbsp of Olive Oil at medium heat until golden brown.
Half tomatoes, slice Mozzarella and spread them over a plate along with arugula and olives, season with salt and pepper.
Add seared chicken, dress with remaining EV Olive Oil and Balsamic Vin, garnish with fresh basil leaves.
