Take all the ingredients, unsweetened almond milk, chia seeds, and vanilla extract in a glass jar or bowl. Mix them all together until they have an even consistency.
Refrigerate the mixture after covering the glass bowl/jar for overnight, or a minimum of 4 hours. It is so the pudding becomes thicker and chia seeds gel. Make sure to check these things before consumption.
You can use cream, coconut milk, fresh or frozen berries with the pudding for the final serving.
