“Cheetos” Crusted Air Fried Cod

Ingredients:
6oz Wild cod fillet
1 large egg
Bag of low carb cheese puffs (crushed)
Olive oil spray
Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions
Dab wild cod fillet down with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
Crush up a bag of low carb cheese puffs and set aside in a bowl (season and spice to taste).
In a separate bowl, make an egg wash with eggs.
Use a brush to apply the egg wash to the cod, then coat it liberally with the crushed cheese puffs.
Spray the coated fish with olive oil and air fry or put in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of your fish.
