Celery spaghetti, buffalo mozzarella, basil and lemon

Ingredients:
5 oz (150g) Buffalo mozzarella, ⅓ torn and ⅔ kept whole
3 oz. (90g) Celery, vegetable spaghetti peeled
½ oz. (15g) Basil leaves, torn
2 Tbsp (30ml) Extra virgin olive oil
½ lemon, juiced
Sea salt to season
Needed:
Mixing bowl
Vegetable spaghetti peeler
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, mix celery, basil, lemon and olive oil - leave for 5 minutes
Mix in ⅓ buffalo mozzarella
Season and serve with the remaining ⅔ buffalo mozzarella
