Instructions

  • Heat saute pan, add a bit of oil to gently heat cauliflower, for 5 minutes,
  • Add heavy cream, bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes
  • Take off heat, and add parmesan and parsley
  • Pour into a casserole dish and sprinkle mozzarella over the top
  • Bake for 20 minutes
  • Remove from oven and sprinkle over the basil
  • Season and serve
