Cauliflower cream bake

Ingredients:
1 head of Cauliflower, large (~8 oz. / 240g), chopped into small florets
⅓ cup (90ml) Heavy cream
90g Mozzarella cheese
1 oz. (30g) Parmesan cheese, grated
1 oz. (30g) Parsley, chopped
½ oz. (15g) Basil, chopped
Extra virgin olive oil to season
Sea salt to season
Needed:
Saute pan
Casserole dish
Oven
Instructions
Heat saute pan, add a bit of oil to gently heat cauliflower, for 5 minutes,
Add heavy cream, bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes
Take off heat, and add parmesan and parsley
Pour into a casserole dish and sprinkle mozzarella over the top
Bake for 20 minutes
Remove from oven and sprinkle over the basil
Season and serve
