Ingredients:
10 ounce, Ears
6 cups of water
Salt and pepper
Needed:
Instructions
Add all ingredients to the instant pot. Cook on high pressure for ~40 minutes.
Drain pork ears, place them in a glass bowl/contained.
Put a small plate on top to ensure they are tightly packed together.
In case needed use a glass with water as extra weight on top.
Refrigerate overnight, take out of a container, cut in slices as cake.
It can be stored up to a week.
