Ingredients:
1 Avocado
1/4 Cup of Cherry Tomatoes
1/4 Cup of Mini Mozzarella Balls
1/2 Tbsp of Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tbsp of Olive Oil
Pinch of Salt & Pepper
Needed:
Instructions
Scoop out a little bit of an avocado to create a deeper pit.
Combine the cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls in a bowl, then transfer into the avocado.
Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to finish.
