Ingredients:
3 oz. (90g) Cantaloupe, diced
3 oz. (90g) Goat’s cheese, torn into pieces
3 oz. (90g) Cucumber, peeled
1 oz. (30g) Pumpkin seeds
½ Tbsp (15ml) Extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt to season
Needed:
Mixing bowl
Instructions
Add cantaloupe, goat’s cheese and cucumber into mixing bowl and gently combine
Add pumpkin seeds, extra virgin olive oil
Season and serve
