Ingredients:
2/3 cup of cabbage
1 ½ cups of spinach or parsley (if you don’t want to use them – replace them with cabbage)
2-3 leaves of green onion
2 eggs
1 tbsp of psyllium
A pinch of curry powder or any other spices that you prefer
Salt to taste
2 tbsp of oil for frying

Instructions
Mince cabbage in a food processor with an S-shaped knife; chop the spinach (parsley) and onion into small pieces.
Put everything in a bowl and slightly crumple with salt. You don’t want to have any extra liquid, so be careful.
Sprinkle the cabbage with psyllium.
Beat up the eggs with spices. Add this mixture to the cabbage. Mix thoroughly.
Put some oil in the pan and preheat it over medium heat. Put the dough on the pan and fry on each side until it’s nice and brown.
