Ingredients:
2 cups of Black Tea
1 tablespoon of Ghee
2 tablespoon of MCT Oil
.25 teaspoon of Ground Ginger
.25 ounce of Ground Fennel
1 teaspoon of Cinnamon
.25 ounce of Ground cloves
.5 Teaspon of Ground Cardamon
2 cups of Water
Needed:
Instructions
Make black tea with 2 tea bags & 2 cups of boiling water.
Pour into blender, add all remaining ingredients & blend.
