Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 450.
  • Boil a pot of water, add salt, blanch Brussel sprouts and beans for 1 minute and strain.
  • Wrap each sprout and a bunch of each 3-4 beans in bacon.
  • Transfer them to a baking tin or roasting pan, sprinkle with lemon juice, add fresh thyme.
  • Roast in the oven for 20 minutes.
