Broccoli, spinach and mozzarella quiche

Ingredients:
1 head of Broccoli medium, (7 oz. / 210g), chopped into florets
2 oz. (60g) Baby spinach
6 Eggs, beaten
4 oz. (120g) Mozzarella, grated
1 Garlic clove, grated
Sea salt to season
Needed:
9-inch quiche or pie pan
Mixing bowl
Instructions
Grease a 9-inch pie pan
Preheat oven to 375ºF / 190ºC
Beat eggs, add 100g mozzarella cheese, garlic, baby spinach and a pinch of sea salt
Arrange broccoli in the pan, and pour egg mixture over
Add remaining 20g mozzarella over the top
Bake for 30 minutes, or until quiche mixture starts to firm at the middle
Season and serve
