Broccoli, dukkah dressing and parmesan

Ingredients:
1 head of broccoli, large, small florets (~9oz. / 270g)
1½ oz. (45g) Dukkah
1 oz. (30g) Parmesan, grated
1 oz. (30g) Yoghurt (Greek plain)
2 Tbsp (30ml) Extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt to season
Needed:
Oven
Non-stick silicone baking mat
Mixing bowl
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400ºF / 200ºC
Add broccoli to the mixing bowl, and season with sea salt and olive oil
Arrange broccoli on non-stick baking mat and roast for 30 minutes, waiting for the broccoli to become golden brown and soften
In a mixing bowl, combine yoghurt, dukkah and olive oil and a pinch of sea salt
Season and serve broccoli, with dukkah dressing and parmesan sprinkled over
