Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400ºF / 200ºC
  • Add broccoli to the mixing bowl, and season with sea salt and olive oil
  • Arrange broccoli on non-stick baking mat and roast for 30 minutes, waiting for the broccoli to become golden brown and soften
  • In a mixing bowl, combine yoghurt, dukkah and olive oil and a pinch of sea salt
  • Season and serve broccoli, with dukkah dressing and parmesan sprinkled over
