Ingredients:
1/3 cup almond flour
1 tablespoon coconut flour
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
Garlic powder
1 large egg
1 tablespoon avocado oil
2 tablespoons coconut milk
5 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
2-3 tablespoons fresh scallion
¼ cup shredded cheeses
Fresh green onions
Poached eggs
Sliced avocado
Sliced Strawberries

In a large mixing bowl combine almond flour, coconut flour, sea salt, baking powder, and garlic powder to taste. Mix all of your dry ingredients well.
Add large egg, avocado oil, coconut milk and almond milk. Mix well and let sit for about 5-10 minutes.
To the batter, fresh scallion and cheese of your choice.
At this point, you want your batter to be semi liquid. Add one or two more tablespoons almond milk if needed.
Heat up a pan to medium, spray with oil and pour in a heaping tablespoon of the batter. Turn the heat to low-medium and flip over once you see bubbles forming on the pancakes.
Once plated, garnish up with some more fresh green onions or micro greens for you and your loved one! Serve with poaches eggs, some sliced avocado, and strawberries.
