Ingredients:
2 slice, Tomatoes
1 large, Egg
1 cup, Cauliflower (riced)
0.50 tbsp, Coconut Flour
2 tablespoon, Almond Flour
2 pieces, Bacon
1 Tbs., Mayonese
1 slice (1 oz), Cheese, cheddar
Spices to taste

Instructions
Microwave cauliflower on high for 2 minutes.
Let it cool, squeeze out all juice, and add an egg, 2 types of flour and onion powder.
Place the batter into a bagel mold and bake at 360F for 15 minutes.
Let cool a bit, remove from mold, and slice into 2 parts.
Add toppings to your liking (ham/ Mayonnaise, cheese)
Sprinkle with poppy seeds.
