Instructions

  • Properly trim the asparagus and do away with the steams.
  • Place a non-stick skillet over medium heat, add in the diced bacon and cook for about 4 minutes until it becomes crispy.
  • Once the bacon is heated, take out of the heat, set aside and leave the drippings.
  • Using the same skillet over medium heat, add in the asparagus then cook for about 5 minutes until it becomes crisp-tender.
  • Next, crake in the eggs, add some sprinkles of chives, salt, and pepper for taste then saute until the egg whites become set and egg yolks, soft. Do this over medium-low heat.
  • Add in the cooked bacon then serve.
