Instructions

  • Whisk well eggs in a jar, season with some salt, set aside.
  • Add spices to the beef, mix well. Split into 4 portions.
  • Using rolling pin roll each portion of meet as thin as possible between two layers of plastic wrap.
  • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Pour ¼ of eggs into a pan, let cook for ~1 minute.
  • Place meat disk over the egg, cover with the lid and cook until almost done.
  • Gently flip over. Cook for ~1 minute.
  • Flip over onto a plate, add sliced tomatoes, chopped green onion or any other filling of choice.
  • Roll in a small wrap.
  • Can be stored in a fridge up to a week, re-heat in a microwave.
