Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400
  • In a large skillet sweat onions and diced champignons for 3 minutes at medium high heat
  • Add ground beef to the skillet and cook it stirring constantly until golden brown
  • Season with salt, garlic powder and pepper, add glass of red wine and soy sauce
  • Simmer for another 3-5 minutes, add a cup of water and tomatoes
  • Simmer for 20 minutes, add basil and cool down
  • Meanwhile cut zucchinis lengthwise and carefully scoop the flesh out with spoon
  • Season them with salt to taste and sprinkle with olive oil
  • Fill zucchinis with meat mixture and transfer them to a baking sheet
  • Top with shredded mozzarella and bake in the oven for 15 minutes
