Ingredients:
55 grams of Almond puree
35 grams of Erythritol
1 Egg
1 teaspoon of Baking powder
1 teaspoon of Vanilla
1 teaspoon of Butter
1 ounce of Salt
85 grams of Almond flour
200 grams of Whipped Cream
200 grams of Mascarpone
1 tablespoon of Lemon
150 grams of Blueberrys
Needed:
Instructions
Melt butter and almond puree in a pot and mix it.
Cool it down.
Add the egg, flour, baking powder, sugar and vanilla and make a dough.
Butter a form and roll out the dough.
Mix whipped cream, add mascarpone, sugar and lemon to it.
Bake the dough for 20 minutes at 165 grad Celsius.
Top the dough with the cream, put some berries on it.
Bake the cake for 45 minutes again.
Take it out, cool it down, bring it to the fridge for 2-3 hours.
