Ingredients:
5 oz. (150g) Kalamata black olives pitted
3 tbsp (50ml) Extra virgin olive oil
½ oz. (15g) Capers
½ oz. (15g) Parsley
2 Anchovy fillets
2 Garlic cloves, finely chopped
2 Thyme sprigs leave only
1 lemon, juiced
Sea salt to season
Black pepper to season
Needed:
Food processor
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend to a required consistency
Season with extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper
