1 ripe banana
4 eggs
¾ cup almond flour
¾ cup coconut milk
1 tbsp. ground psyllium husk powder
1 pinch salt
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Coconut oil or butter, for frying

Instructions
To form the batter of banana waffles take all the ingredients in a bowl, mix evenly, and let the batter rest for a while.
In order to make the waffles, you can use a waffle maker, if not you can also cook them in a frying pan using butter or coconut oil.
For the final serving, you can use a range of toppings from hazelnut spread, whipped coconut cream, to fresh berries or simply melted butter.
