Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 425 F.
  • Mix the almond flour and baking powder in a bowl.
  • Place the mozzarella and cream cheese in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes stirring halfway through, until melted. Mix the dry ingredients and the egg. Separate the dough into three portions. Shape each portion in a long cylinder and press the ends together with your fingers to form bagels. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Mix it up. Swap your toppings. Try something different by swapping the sesame seeds for poppy seeds, cumin seeds or another topping of your choice. Want to add a little flavor to your bagel? You can add almost any tasty ingredient to this recipe (onion, garlic, cinnamon, spinach, etc.)
