Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375
  • Grease 6 3 inch muffin tins or paper muffin molds
  • Cover them with bacon strips and add mozzarella
  • Beat in eggs carefully and top with shaved onions
  • Bake for 15 minutes and garnish with chives
