Ingredients:
0.5 medium, Avocado
1 tbsp, Lemon juice
2 oz, Cucumber (cubed)
2 oz, Shrimps (cooked)
Spices to taste
Needed:
Instructions
Mix together chopped shrimp, cucumber and lemon juice.
Season to taste.
Spoon shrimp chutney into the half of an avocado, drizzle with extra lemon juice.
