Ingredients:
1 Avocado
1 large Cucumber
2 tbsp, Olive Oil
0.5 lb(s), Mussels (boiled)
1 tbsp., lime juice

Instructions
Cut cucumber and avocado in a small cubes.
Mix in mussels, drizzle with some olive oil, and add lime juice and spices of choice.
Fresh oregano is a good option. Serve immediately.
Salads with avocado should not be stored long time or made ahead due to its oxidation
