Ingredients:
2 Zucchinis
8 oz of Chicken
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1 Avocado (Avocado Cream Sauce)
2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Avocado Cream Sauce)
1/2 Cup of Water (Avocado Cream Sauce)
1/2 Cup of Fresh Basil (Avocado Cream Sauce)
Salt and Pepper to taste (Avocado Cream Sauce)
1 Clove of Garlic (Avocado Cream Sauce, Optional)

Instructions
Heat the coconut oil in a pan on medium heat.
Once the oil is melted add in the chicken and cook through.
While the chicken is cooking spiralize the zucchinis and then combine all the Avocado Cream Sauce ingredients in a blender and blend away.
Once the chicken is done combine everything in a bowl and mix well so that the Avocado Cream Sauce covers all of the zucchini noodles.
