Ingredients:
3 oz. (90g) Kale, roughly chopped
1 avocado (4 oz. / 120g), sliced
1 ½ oz. (45g) Feta, crumbled
1 ½ oz. (45g) Olives, pitted and cut into quarters
½ Lemon, juiced
2 Tbsp (30ml) Extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt to season
Needed:
Mixing bowl
Instructions
Add kale, lemon juice and ½ the olive oil into a mixing bowl and gently massage the kale for 1 minute
Add the olives and feta, and continue to gently incorporate all the ingredients
Add the avocado
Season and serve
