Ingredients:
3 Large Eggs
Marinade:
3 tbsp., Tamari Sauce
1 cup, Black tea
2 tbsp., Apple cider vinegar
0.5 tsp., Chili powder
1 tsp., Garlic powder

Instructions
Boil eggs for 6-8 minutes. Peel them
Mix together brewed black tea with all spices and aromatics.
Submerge eggs in a marinade. Use a glass container with a lid.
Refrigerate for 20-24 hours. Enjoy as usual, or use them to garnish Asian soup or salad.
