Asian style chicken with squash

Ingredients:
1 cup of chicken quarter (boneless fillet with skin)
1 cup of squash
1 clove of garlic
2 tbsp of oil for frying
3-4 tbsp of lemon juice
Coriander and sesame to decorate

Instructions
Mince the garlic. Chop the squash and chicken into large pieces.
Sauté the garlic with oil until it releases its aroma.
Put the chicken in the pan, fry-stir for 12-15 minutes.
Pour in lemon juice, mix so that chicken saturates the juice.
Add squash and roast for about 5 minutes making sure squash doesn't lose its shape or overcook.
