Instructions

  • Mince the garlic. Chop the squash and chicken into large pieces.
  • Sauté the garlic with oil until it releases its aroma.
  • Put the chicken in the pan, fry-stir for 12-15 minutes.
  • Pour in lemon juice, mix so that chicken saturates the juice.
  • Add squash and roast for about 5 minutes making sure squash doesn't lose its shape or overcook.
