Instructions

  • Preheat a saute pan to medium heat
  • Mix the almond flour, eggs, coconut oil, baking powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt in the mixing bowl.
  • Add yogurt and heavy cream, mix to a spoonable consistency
  • Grease the preheated saute pan with butter, then pour 30g of mix into the pan.
  • Help the mix fall into a nice circle - either by maneuvering the pan or using a spatula
  • Cook until little bubbles start to form around the edges of the flapjack, and then using a spatula, flip over and cook on the other side for 1-2 minutes
  • Do so with the rest of the mix
  • Serve with blueberries and cream cheese
