Add yogurt and heavy cream, mix to a spoonable consistency
Grease the preheated saute pan with butter, then pour 30g of mix into the pan.
Help the mix fall into a nice circle - either by maneuvering the pan or using a spatula
Cook until little bubbles start to form around the edges of the flapjack, and then using a spatula, flip over and cook on the other side for 1-2 minutes
