Ingredients:
1 ⅕ cup (300ml) Coconut milk (full fat)
3 tbsp (45ml) Coconut cream
1 ½ oz. (45g) Almond flour
1 oz. (30g) Coconut flour
1 oz. (30g) Psyllium husk powder (ground)
1 tbsp (15ml) Chia seeds, soaked in 5 tbsp water overnight
1 tsp (5ml) Cinnamon powder
Sea salt to season
Needed:
Small pot
Medium mixing bowl
Instructions
Soak chia seeds overnight
Add all dry ingredients together into mixing bowl
Heat milk and cream in a small pot, add dry ingredients and whisk while pouring to prevent clumping
Add a little water to loosen the consistency if needed
Add chia seeds, stir in
Season and serve
