Ingredients:
1 Egg
1 tablespoon of Butter
.5 teaspoon of Baking powder
3 tablespoons of Almond flour
Salt to taste
Needed:
Instructions
Add all dry ingredients and an egg in a microwaveable container that is the size of a slice of bread or hamburger bun.
Take butter and microwave it about 30seconds. Remove from microwave and let cool off a bit.
While the butter is cooling mix the ingredients you placed in the microwaveable bowl.
If cool enough as to not “cook” the egg add the butter to mixture and microwave for 90 seconds.
Remove from microwave let cool off. Remove from container and slice in half to get two sides.
