Ingredients:
2 Large Eggs
4 tbsp. Cream cheese
3 tbsp., Butter (cold)
Cinnamon and Sweetener (calorie-free)
Needed:
Instructions
Pulse all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
Add sweetener and cinnamon to taste.
Pour the batter into a well-greased baking pan (4x4 inches).
Bake for 15 minutes at 360 F, or until the center is set.
Serve with some extra cinnamon
