Instructions

  • Heat ghee in a pot, cook diced tomatoes and zucchini until tender, and add minced garlic. Add heavy cream and let boil for 2 minutes.
  • Process into smooth puree using emerging blander, and add bone broth. Let simmer for another 5 minutes. Season to taste, serve with fresh basil leaves. Drizzle with some olive oil.
