Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400ºF / 200ºC
  • Create circular heaps on non-stick silicone mat / parchment paper with the grated parmesan, making sure there is sufficient space between the heaps to allow them to melt and spread a little
  • Bake for 3-5 minutes, as the heaps melt and start to turn golden, remove the chips from the oven
  • As they cool, mould the chips into curls or shapes of your choice
  • Season and serve
