Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF / 160ºC
  • Roughly chop the kale and macadamias
  • Add all the ingredients into the food processor / blender and process until a smooth paste is formed
  • Roll the dough onto non-stick silicone baking mat or parchment paper, until thin
  • Bake for 30 minutes, or until the crackers firm up to a crunchy texture
  • Remove the cracker base and cut into crackers
  • Season and serve
